Within all of my nervousness to start a new blog and embark on a new journey, I forgot to mention a crucial part of my existence. Though I attend school full time in Pittsburgh, I hail from a city somewhat close but very far away. I was born in Philadelphia and I have lived there all of my life. I live smack right in the middle of the city, and I couldn't have picked a better place to have been brought up. It is a huge part of what makes me who I am.
Another part of my Carly-ness, I have moved to the beaches of Wildwood every summer since I was born. I only live there four months of the year, but to me that is enough to call it another home.

I live right by the beach and work on the boardwalk. I spend my days and nights smelling the ocean and feeling the sand between my toes.
It wasn't until Pittsburgh that I had noticed that I basically live in a suitcase. In the summer I live by the beach, for school I live in Pittsburgh, and during Thanksgiving break and Christmas break I live in Philadelphia. Everything important to me can fit on my back or in a small suitcase. As I have always said to myself, "wherever I lay my hat is my home." I have a strange ability to crave for something new and never worry about where I am. I love seeing new things, and I know that other places I will see at a later time. I think this could be difficult to explain, but I guess I will learn how to word things better throughout more blogging. Until next time my friends. Cheers!
